How orders work

Add items to your order list and send it on WhatsApp. We confirm price and availability by message, then you pay and we arrange pickup or delivery. Every order is confirmed manually.

Pickup and delivery

You can collect from the shop on Chilkur Balaji Temple Road, open all 7 days from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Delivery is available. Charges and timing depend on the item and your location, and we confirm them on WhatsApp.

Damage and returns

Stone, marble, brass and iron items are heavy. Stone, marble, shell, clay and glass items can chip or break. Please check your parcel when it arrives and message us the same day with photos if anything is damaged. Return and replacement terms: to be confirmed by the shop.

Privacy

There are no accounts on this site. The name and phone number you enter are used only to prepare your WhatsApp message. Your order list is saved in your own browser.
